RO Engineering PLLC is a full-service mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering firm. The firm was founded by Rene R. Olivarez, P.E. in 2009. Today, ROE has 4 employees in one office. ROE is also registered as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB). As the Principal of the firm, Rene is responsible for maintaining design standards and providing quality control, making sure the needs of our clients are met. He oversees the design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing work on each project from inception through the completion of construction.
